It's never good when you go to grab some lunch and think, "Wow, the cops must like this place as much as I do. There are two police cars in the parking lot." Apparently, they weren't just there for the food.

Yes, indeed they had been robbed. And while I was making light of the fact that it made me change my plans for lunch, it really does suck, especially for a business that's still trying to get started.

You guys should move somewhere safer - I hear robberies are down in Beijing. Although you would be so repressed you probably wouldn't feel like eating out.
